Return Policy
14-Day Return Period
We apply a 14-day return period. This means that from the day you receive the item, you have 14 calendar days to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, check it immediately. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away. We will assess the situation and propose a solution.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, for example:
- Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made items (special or personalized orders)
- Personal hygiene and care products (beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, contact us before returning it.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
For orders shipped to European Union countries, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the refund decision.
If the return is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval and you have not received your money, contact us.
Return Costs and International Shipments
The cost of returning items is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a returned item is shipped to a supplier outside the European Union, all related costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Import VAT
- Administrative and customs clearance fees
We cooperate with a supplier outside the European Union. Therefore, returning items to this supplier may incur additional international shipping and customs costs. These costs are not reimbursed during a refund.
Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the returned item, except in cases where the error was our fault (for example, an incorrect or defective item was delivered).
We always aim to cooperate with the customer and find a fair and reasonable solution for both parties.
